Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Louis Hall, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany, email: support@louisdev.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content or digital services not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to §356 (5) BGB if the provider has begun performance after the consumer

1. has expressly consented to the provider beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and

2. has confirmed their awareness that, by giving consent, their right of withdrawal will expire upon the start of contract performance.

Since QuizQR unlocks paid functions immediately after contract conclusion, corresponding consent is obtained during the order process. With this consent, your right of withdrawal expires.
